Terms
Customer (buyer), herein referred to as "I," accepts the following sales terms and conditions by making an order with Nortech:
- I've read over and comprehended Nortech's policies.

I consent to pay Nortech the total cost of my order, which includes shipping, handling, and any relevant taxes. Otherwise, the things I buy remain Nortech's property. Any legal fees incurred in order to collect debts
are my responsibility.
- Before accepting an order, Nortech must first receive payment. Orders are not legally binding unless they are acknowledged by Nortech.

I acknowledge that unless there is an error on the part of Nortech—which does not include mistakes made by shipping companies—I will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return any item(s) to Nortech for
warranty of defective products or refund purposes.
- Labor and shipping costs are not refundable. Restocking charges might be necessary for some items.
- Nortech makes no promises that the products it sells will be free from flaws or fully compatible with other products or spare parts.
- Any harm or loss of time, money or profit resulting from using Nortech products, website information, or advice by phone, website surfing, or email is not the responsibility of Nortech.
- Any mistakes made by a shipping operator during transportation are not the responsibility of Nortech.
- I won't willfully do anything to harm Nortech, whether it be physically, monetarily, or reputationally.
